Responsibilities
- Market Insights: Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Build and analyze market information to support U.S. operations and propose local marketing initiatives to improve brand and trade efficiency.
- Strategic Marketing Plan Deployment: Collaborate with the marketing team to co-create comprehensive plans aligned with business priorities and expansion goals in the U.S. This requires close collaboration with the Sales Team.
- Trade Show Management: Oversee planning, execution, and follow-up for trade shows, ensuring effective brand representation. This includes pre- and post-show coordination.
- Showroom Support: Ensure that all showrooms adhere to branded retail guidelines to provide a consistent and engaging customer experience. Support daily showroom operations and align them with brand expectations.
- Brand and Commercial Activations: Develop and execute seasonal brand activities, such as Miami Art Basel, to increase customer interaction and drive sales. Coordinate brand events to boost visibility and engage with consumers.
- Product Launches and Collection Deployment: Oversee product launches across U.S. commercialization channels, ensuring alignment with Brand Manager and ID guidelines.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage the U.S. marketing budget, allocating resources optimally and monitoring the results of brand plans through sales, distribution, and implementation reports.
- Marketing Initiatives for Dealers: Build strong relationships with dealers, ensuring the successful execution of 360-degree marketing initiatives in line with the business plan
Qualifications
- College/University. Degree in Marketing or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience)
- 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing positions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
