Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable house cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and organization of a residential property. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the homeowner by performing various cleaning tasks efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
- Vacuum and mop floors, carpets, and rugs.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Launder and fold linens.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the homeowner.
- Handle additional errands and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 Years of previous cleaning experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Cooking is a plus.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation (may need to make trips to office or run other errands).
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday and rotating Saturdays
- 40 hours
- Occasional OT
