Adriana's Insurance is on the lookout for a highly motivated Operational Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Bookkeeping, financial analysis and financial strategy.
- Set and analyze sales goal and budget data to provide insights for decision making forecast sales, trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize business intelligence and analytics to generate reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Make a recommendation to the CEO regarding overall department performance including Sales, Revenue, KPI’s metrics, Expenses, Budget and Savings Opportunities.
- Suggest ways to reduce costs, increase revenue, and improve profits.
- Looks for savings opportunities based on financial reports.
- Oversee company transactions and recognize and look for red flags mainly Amex expenses, reimbursements and accounts payable.
- Communicate with all the departments supporting the monthly, quarterly and annual strategic plan to achieve company’s goal.
- Oversee contracts and negotiate better payments terms to match with company’s needs.
- Manage vendor relationship effectively to optimize outcomes.
- Review and approve invoices for independent contracts and have control over dates worked.
- Audit and report discrepancy in money report for the sales offices and look for potential fraud and areas for improvement.
- Implement process improvement initiatives.
- Any additional tasks assigned by upper management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present complex data effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness in data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
