We’re looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the owner, focusing on administrative tasks, project coordination, and occasional personal assistance.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. The Administrative Assistant will assist the owner with both professional and personal responsibilities. This hybrid position offers flexibility to work remotely and on-site as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the owner’s calendar,appointments, and correspondence.
• Assist with project organization, including tracking deadlines and preparing documents.
• Coordinate proposals, expenses, and other administrative tasks.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors on behalf of the owner.
• Handle occasional personal tasks such as scheduling appointments and running errands.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a creative or design field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive attitude with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the interior design industry or design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a bonus but not required.
Schedule & Hours:
• Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
• Flexible hybrid schedule with some in-office work required.
