Job Summary
We are currently hiring for a part-time overnight guest services associate (11 PM – 7 AM), with a focus on guest services and light laundry duties. There is potential for additional non-overnight shifts during peak season. This role also includes light barista duties.

Duties Responsibilities
Greet and check guests in and out
Communicate hotel policies, amenities, and special packages
Answer phones and assist with online, phone, and walk-in reservations
Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and care
Process payments for retail/take-home items (including beer and wine)
Lock up pool, sauna, and front desk at night
Light laundry and barista duties as needed

Qualifications
Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain)
MAST Permit (or ability to obtain)
Hotel or customer service experience preferred
Barista or serving experience a plus
Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
Weekend availability is required
