Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily routine care, including assisting with bathing, dressing, and meal service for residents.
- Support residents with feeding and personal hygiene as needed, promoting dignity and respect at all times.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy living environment for residents, adhering to infection control guidelines and standards.
- Accurately document clinical actions and maintain required logs, forms, and reports, ensuring timely communication with the care team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license valid in the state of New Jersey.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home setting is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in patient care and teamwork.
- Compassionate, patient, and able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, fostering open communication and collaboration.
