Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Driller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating drilling equipment on construction sites, ensuring that all drilling activities are conducted safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of various drilling techniques and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to meet project goals.
Duties
- Operate drilling machinery, including horizontal drilling equipment, backhoes, and bulldozers.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including digging and building necessary structures for drilling operations.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Safely transport materials using dump trucks and loaders as needed on the construction site.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute drilling projects effectively.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site to minimize risks.
- Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and report any issues to supervisors promptly.
Skills
- Proficient in operating various types of construction machinery, including mini backhoes, shovel, sharpshooter, concrete saw, and loaders .
- Strong knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques and practices.
- Ability to dig and prepare construction sites efficiently.
- Experience in commercial driving for transporting materials safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards in all operations.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Pay: $20.55 - $22.18 per hour
