Oracle NetSuite Technical Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement custom integrations between the AIR APPS Suite and Oracle NetSuite using SuiteScript, RESTlets, web services, and other integration capabilities.
• Leverage integration platforms and APIs to facilitate secure and efficient data exchange between systems.
• Implement robust data transformation, mapping, and orchestration processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
• Work with a team of technical and functional Oracle NetSuite consultants, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to innovation and excellence.

• Design and implement data mapping rules and transformations to maintain consistent and accurate data flow between the AIR APPS Suite and Oracle NetSuite.
• Develop data validation and cleansing processes to maintain data quality during the integration process.
• Implement data orchestration processes to manage complex data flows and dependencies between multiple systems.
• Author and execute scripts to validate customizations and configurations, proficiently troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arose.

• Configure and optimize Oracle NetSuite to support the organization’s accounting, financial management, inventory management, and other ERP-related processes.
• Customize NetSuite to align with the organization’s specific business processes and requirements, ensuring seamless integration with the AIR APPS Suite.
• Implement best practices, automations, and customizations to streamline business processes within NetSuite.
• Design tailored customizations, workflows, scripts, and configurations within NetSuite to align with business objectives while adhering to industry best practices and platform constraints.
• Develop SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow (workflow automation), and SuiteBuilder (customization) to enhance NetSuite functionality.
• Formulate and execute a comprehensive CRM process, encompassing lead creation, qualification, automated opportunity assignment, and sales closure, supported by detailed Sales Funnel Reports.
• Customize NetSuite forms, generated custom records, fields, and workflows to optimize business processes and enhance user satisfaction.

• Develop and execute comprehensive integration testing plans to validate the functionality and performance of the integrations between the AIR APPS Suite and Oracle NetSuite.
• Identify and resolve integration issues, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks, ensuring smooth and reliable data flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration-related challenges.

• Provide comprehensive training and online and onsite software demos to support end-users, administrators, and stakeholders on NetSuite functionality, customizations, and best practices.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including integration guides, data mapping specifications, and technical manuals.
• Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer processes support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
• Review and optimize scripts to ensure compliance with data security regulations and industry standards, implementing robust security measures to safeguard sensitive information.
• Work closely with internal auditors to conduct periodic assessments and audits to maintain compliance and mitigate security risks.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the AIR APPS Suite and Oracle NetSuite integrations, ensuring they remain up-to-date and aligned with evolving business requirements.
• Monitor integration performance, identify potential issues or bottlenecks, and implement proactive measures to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle NetSuite features, best practices, and integration methodologies to continuously improve and enhance the integration solutions.
• Assess and optimize existing business processes and NetSuite configurations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive management reports using Power BI.

Minimum Education:

A Master’s degree in computer science and data science, reflecting a strong academic foundation.
