Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrations between the AIR APPS Suite and Salesforce CRM to enable seamless data exchange and synchronization:
- Leverage Salesforce APIs, integration tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Integration Services), and integration platforms to facilitate secure and efficient data integration.
- Implement data mapping, transformation, and orchestration processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
- Develop a SOAPUI based framework to enable testing of legacy SOAP/REST API implementations and Salesforce Service cloud integration with CI/CD Automation.
- Customize and configure Salesforce to align with the organization’s specific business processes, workflows, and project requirements:
- Develop various Visualforce Pages, Apex Triggers to include extra functionality and write Apex Classes and Controllers to provide functionality to the visual pages.
- Create various custom objects, custom settings, custom labels, validation rules, record types, custom tabs, workflow rules, and approval processes including field updates and email alerts.
- Create workflow rules, define related tasks, email alerts, and field updates.
- Develop scripts and processes for migrating and integrating data from legacy systems or third-party applications into Salesforce:
- Ensure data quality and integrity during the migration process.
- Implement data validation and error handling mechanisms.
- Design and implement archiving of data using Batch Apex and Scheduling.
- Develop visual force page with apex controller, batch apex, Triggers, and Schedule apex.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytical tools within Salesforce to provide insights and visibility into business operations and performance:
- Undertake development of SFDC reporting tools, systems documentation, and technical process flows.
- Integrate Salesforce with other data sources and analytics tools for comprehensive reporting and analysis.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce customizations and integrations:
- Execute various levels of Unit, Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance (UAT) using test cases to prove that the system conforms to specifications of business and quality requirements.
- Implement continuous integration and deployment processes for Salesforce development lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful deployment and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users, document processes, and participate in process improvement initiatives:
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
- Participate in User Story Grooming sessions and Iteration Planning meetings with Scrum Master, Product Owners, and Agile Team members.
- Involve in Release Management (Manage different Salesforce instances and Releases) and involve in Data Migration and Deployment activities.
- Develop custom Apex triggers and workflows to automate contract approval processes, ensuring efficient routing and timely approvals.
Minimum Education:
A Master’s degree in computer science and data science, reflecting a strong academic foundation.
