Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for integrating SAP FICO with AIR APPS Suite, ensuring smooth data flow between systems.
- Participate in workshops to comprehensively gather business requirements, capturing all essential business processes and needs.
- Actively participate in end-to-end solution design and ensure quality monitoring throughout the process.
- Initiate and lead system integration sessions with business stakeholders, followed by business process integration sessions.
- Configure systems including FI/CO, COPA, DBM, FSCM Credit Management, Cash and Liquidity Management, and TRM functionalities (e.g., FX SWAP, Option, Forward, Borrowings and Loans, Facilities).
- Provide expert recommendations for interface design to ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
- Identify system bugs and collaborate with Solution Architects to enhance product quality and standardization.
- Develop testing scripts and training strategies in collaboration with team members to ensure smooth adoption and functionality.
- Oversee the finalization of implementations and obtain necessary sign-offs from stakeholders.
- Identify and validate system gaps, providing initial approval for RICEFW solutions to address them.
- Participate in SAP audit meetings, review SAP reports, and implement required changes to ensure compliance.
- Contribute to Hybris implementation (both B2B and B2C) and integration with third-party applications.
- Take proactive steps to automate processes and drive continuous process improvements.
- Lead vendor evaluation, conduct proof of concept (POC), and manage vendor contracts.
- Manage multiple internal transformation projects, acting as a project manager to ensure successful outcomes.
Minimum Education:
A Master’s degree in computer science and data science, reflecting a strong academic foundation.
