Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the transition of application development projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and implement transition plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with various departments, including IT, Infosec and PMO, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with governance processes and standards.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the transition process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT application development and transition management.
- Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
- Extensive project management experience, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
