ADS BIOTEC is a leading biotechnology company with headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. We design and manufacture robotic instrumentation for laboratory automation. We conduct research, development and production of related reagents for use in laboratory and pilot scale processes for biological, genetic and chromosomal analyses. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the support and growth of our business.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to multiple departments and assist in daily office operations.
- Second level administration in document control of Quality Management System.
- Maintains filing system in accordance with Company retention policy.
- Gathers & collates information for annual insurance renewals.
- Provides administrative support to company managers/departments.
- Receives/routes Incoming & Outgoing mail.
- Arranges for hospitality (meetings, conferences, special events or projects)
- Reception duties, telephone / first point of contact for external visitors.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with 1 or more years of experience in a busy office environment.
Requires excellent Microsoft office skills, including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Other tools and technologies used in this position include ERP Accounting Software and Quality System Document Control Software.
