During Your First Two Weeks, You Will:
- Get acquainted with our codebase, focusing on Vue 3, Vuetify, Nuxt, Node, and TypeScript
- Attend team meetings to gain an understanding of ongoing projects and team dynamics
- Engage in pair programming sessions with team members to become familiar with our development practices
During Your First 1-3 Months, You Will:
- Begin taking ownership of frontend tasks and features, while collaborating closely with the team
- Participate in code reviews, contributing to maintaining high standards in code quality and design
- Attend optional in-office team-building events
- Contribute to project planning and feature design discussions
During Your First 6-12 Months, You Will:
- Be an active participant in planning, standups, and reviews
- Work closely with designers and product managers to bring projects to completion
- Mentor new team members, helping them adapt to our workflows and codebase
- Have the opportunity to explore new technologies and propose ways they could benefit our projects
What We Think You'll Need To Be Successful:
- Solid experience with Javascript and CSS
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn Vue 3, Vuetify, Nuxt, Node, TypeScript, Options API
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and project coordination
- Interest in or understanding of design principles
- Geographical proximity to the Tampa Bay area for optional in-office events
