Key Qualifications:
- A team player who can work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated, demonstrating urgency and a positive attitude.
- Belief in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in computers, mobile devices, and various technologies.
- Detail-oriented, highly communicative, with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
- Current IICRC certifications, especially WRT, are a plus!
- Professionally represent Advanced Drying Systems at all times.
- Act as the point person and initial responder for all assigned emergency loss cases.
- Define and document the scope of work required for each assignment.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
- Maintain effective communication channels with management and customers.
- Full-time position with 24/7 availability and participation in rotating on-call schedules.
- Successfully complete assigned jobs and obtain the certificate of completion.
- Ability to lift at least 75 pounds and the flexibility to travel if necessary.
- Adhere to established safety practices, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
- High school graduation or equivalent (e.g., GED).
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and successful background check.
- Daily documentation of all workflows and processes.
- Adherence to state laws and IICRC regulations.
- Compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Strict adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Courteous and professional treatment of customers.
- All employees must wear the company uniform representing Advanced Drying Systems.
- Maintenance of neat, clean, and well-functioning company equipment and vehicles.
