The Field Technician will perform fieldwork with all ADS product lines. The ideal candidate will:
Perform fieldwork including
· Installation of flow monitors within sewer lines, hydraulic calibration, collection of data and review for accuracy,
· Monitor troubleshooting activity and make repairs
· Maintain accurate, legible, organized records in accordance with all ADS Quality Work Instructions
· Maintain vehicle and equipment to ensure safety, mechanical soundness and productive operation
· Adhere to all safety procedures and ADS policies/procedures
· Travel and work overtime hours as required
Qualifications:
· Good mechanical and computer skills
· Attention to detail
· Manual dexterity and a willingness to work outdoors in all conditions
· Physical and cognitive ability necessary to do confined space entry in wastewater collection systems and perform rescue operations when necessary
· Must be able to function in a team environment
· High School education/GED required; BS in environmental field or similar preferred
· Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
This position is temp to hire after 6 months of excellent performance. FT employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package
