What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water and Sewer Flow Monitoring Field Technician 1 position at ADS ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES?
- This is the entry level position for all Water and Sewer Flow Monitoring Field Technicians within Chicago area. All employees receive safety certification and general orientation to the field. The work will include opening water valve covers, working in roadways and on sidewalks and entering basins to install measurement equipment when required.
- Working independently with help from laborer/assistant.
- Interaction with client contacts and the public.
- Valve exercising and condition assessments.
- Leak detection surveys using available sounding and correlation equipment.
- Sewer Flow Monitoring Field Technician.
- Adhere to ALL safety procedures and ADS policies/procedures.
- Prerequisites: High school education at a minimum, valid driver`s license, drug-free, acceptable background check, and passing physical including hearing test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
