-Office helper, Responsible, reliable, Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages
- Maintain a filing system up to date ,And Able to lift storage boxes
Skills:
- Computer literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, QuickBooks )
-Bilingual English/Spanish
