The Role - Full Stack Engineer for AI Agents & Automation
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will craft the next generation of AI-driven ad automation. You will work on multi-agent architectures, where AI copilots collaborate, make decisions, and execute tasks autonomously.
This is not your regular CRUD development; instead, you will focus on :

Multi-Agent Ad Automation : Create an AI-driven system to manage ad campaigns automatically, optimizing budgets and generating creatives.AI-Powered Development : Enhance productivity by working with AI coding assistants.High-Performance APIs & Microservices : Develop scalable, AI-integrated RESTful APIs.AI Workflow Orchestration : Implement workflows where LLM-based agents coordinate and execute ad strategies.Seamless UI / UX for AI Interaction : Design intuitive UIs that enhance user interactions with AI agents.Optimize & Scale : Focus on system performance, security, and resilience to support millions of autonomous ad transactions.Experiment with AI & ML : Integrate LLMs and explore machine learning advancements.Contribute to Open Source : Share code and contribute to AI frameworks to propel the field of AI automation.What You Bring
5 years of experience in Full Stack Development with a focus on AI-driven systems.A strong GitHub presence, contributing to open source and engaging with AI communities.Experience with Multi-Agent AI frameworks like LangChain or Auto-GPT.Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React and Next.js.Back-end expertise in Node.js, Python Flask, or FastAPI.Familiarity with cloud services and containerization technologies.Experience in AI-augmented development practices.A proactive approach to automation and optimization, always seeking to eliminate repetitive tasks.A strong bias for action—actively shipping features and solving challenges.Bonus Points
