What You’ll Do
- Identify, engage and close new business with transit advertising solutions
- Build relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that align with client needs
- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets through strategic outreach
- Stay informed on industry trends to provide innovative advertising solutions
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Maintain CRM records and manage the full sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution
- Travel as needed to engage with clients
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of experience, including relevant internships or co-op roles in sales, business development or related
- Resilient & self-motivated – Eager to learn and driven to achieve goals
- Strong communication & presentation skills – Confidently engage with clients and articulate value propositions
- Tech-savvy – Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
