What You’ll Do
- Identify, engage and close new business with transit advertising solutions
- Build relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that align with client needs
- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets through strategic outreach
- Stay informed on industry trends to provide innovative advertising solutions
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Maintain CRM records and manage the full sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution
- Travel as needed to engage with clients
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in transit advertising, out-of-home (OOH), or media advertising sales
- Hunter mentality – fearless in cold outreach and closing deals
- Resilient & self-motivated – thrives on overcoming challenges and achieving goals
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Bachelor’s degree
