We’re Adsurdly - a boutique marketing agency working with some of the largest Law Firms in the nation delivering cases to their doorstep. We’re an IN-PERSON marketing agency out of Washington, DC, and we’re looking to hire someone with the intention of moving them to DC to work alongside us. (Open To Negotiation But Important To The Culture Of The Agency)

We’re seeking a motivated, hard-working, and experienced Google media buyer. You’ll get to work closely with our team to advance a powerhouse of creativity and results for our clients. The hope is for this person to RUN our Google Department. So, if you’re new to the field, lack deep experience, or don’t have the desire to own / manage a department, this job might not be for you.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept :

As our Google Media Buyer, you'll be the architect of our digital success story. Your playground? Google Ads – where you'll turn keywords into conquests, ad copies into compelling narratives, and budgets into ROI magic. Your canvas? Legal marketing for personal injury and mass torts, where every click holds the potential for justice.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1 Years of previous experience with Google Ads
Proven ability to plan, strategize, build, optimize, and scale paid social ad campaigns.
Experience managing 8-15 campaigns at a time.
Be a self-starter. You’re the type of person who takes action and takes responsibility when you identify a gap, and you’re comfortable executing based on priority.

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE :

Day to Day - You’re organized and proactive in planning a full-funnel ad strategy, keeping the projects moving. You collaborate with the design team to push our creative further. If our account is underperforming, you come ready with new strategies to try, and you confidently execute those strategies. If our account is hitting goals, you’re able to scale sustainably.
