Job Title: Client Partner

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000

Adswerve is looking to add a Client Partner to our Sales team.  This role involves driving new business and fostering revenue growth with both our new and existing direct marketer Clients. The ideal candidate, a proactive sales hunter, collaborates with Account Management to sell Adswerve services, exploring greenfield opportunities within marketers and optimizing sell-through mechanisms. Responsibilities cover the entire sales cycle, from pipeline development to contract negotiations. 

The Client Partner should possess a deep understanding of digital transformation challenges, providing valuable advice to clients on risk mitigation through innovative solutions. Success in this role requires the ability to shape client programs, offer consultations, negotiate contracts, and assess risks within Adswerve's policies and

Responsibilities

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of adtech and martech solutions, particularly Google’s Media Platforms, to craft compelling narratives and position Adswerve's offerings effectively.
  • Engage with our Account Management team to understand our client's strategic goals and build long-term relationships, positioning Adswerve as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Identify clients' pain points and business challenges, developing tailored solutions that align with their objectives and drive value.
  • Penetrate target accounts and their respective Google Account Owners (when applicable) to surface additional budget and funding through effective networking, prospecting, and relationship-building strategies.
  • Develop and grow new client relationships inside both new and existing direct marketer accounts to maximize value, support, and manage  engagement to ensure we drive client advocacy and team happiness
  • Represent Adswerve at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our solutions, nurture leads, and establish connections within the industry.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery teams, services, marketing, and partnerships to ensure seamless client experiences and successful solution implementations.
  • Work closely with technical teams to elevate and articulate the technical aspects of our offerings.
  • Share expertise and best practices, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, with a focus on adtech and martech solutions, preferably with the media side of the Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM360, SA360, GA360)
  • A proven track record of successful business development in digital technology consulting, adtech and martech implementation, and analytics-based media outcomes 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to sales, with a drive to exceed targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Experience representing a company at industry events, nurturing leads, and expanding business connections.

This position pays a base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 per year. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
