How you’ll make an impact:

The Vice President, Corporate Strategy will serve as a key leader within SiriusXM, driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and assisting in and/or leading transformation efforts. Reporting directly to the EVP and COO, the VP will play a pivotal role in aligning corporate strategies with operational execution, fostering innovation, and optimizing business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of top-tier consulting experience, strong corporate finance expertise, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in leading large-scale transformations inside large organizations.

What you’ll do:

Strategic Leadership:

• Partner with the COO and other executive leaders to develop and execute SiriusXM’s long-term strategic roadmap.

• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement transformative initiatives that enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee enterprise-level operations and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

• Develop and implement robust metrics and performance indicators to measure operational success.

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the organization.

Transformation Management:

• Lead end-to-end business transformation programs, including process redesign, technology adoption, and organizational change management.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve agility and scalability in a rapidly evolving market.

• Act as a change agent, inspiring and enabling teams to embrace new ways of working.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with the C-Suite, board members, and external stakeholders to align on priorities and key initiatives.

• Serve as a liaison between the COO and key internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA is preferred.

• 15 years of experience, with a significant portion in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or a similar strategic leadership role.

• Extensive background in corporate finance, including P&L management, cost optimization, and financial planning.

• Demonstrated success leading large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.

• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.

• Strong leadership and people management abilities, with experience leading high-performing teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.

• Proficiency in leveraging data and technology to drive decision-making and operational improvements.

• Deep understanding of the media, entertainment, or technology industries is a plus.

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $253,000 to $303,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
