Summary :

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful design solutions for high-priority projects. Your focus will be on leveraging design as a strategic tool to influence product decisions and create cohesive, engaging experiences across mobile, web, and on-device platforms. You'll tackle complex, ambiguous challenges while enhancing the team's expertise and driving innovative ideas and solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and design peers, you will craft exceptional user experiences that align with business objectives, meet customer needs, and inspire users. This role demands a hands-on approach to the full design lifecycle from ideation to execution, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Adopt a human-centered design approach encompassing discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation, ensuring all solutions effectively address user needs and align with business objectives.
• Advocate for the user, using data and research to inform decisions while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to identify opportunities, validate concepts, and deliver world-class digital experiences.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the team's design capabilities and processes.
• Ensure high standards of craft and execution across the entire design organization, meeting the expectations of both the business and customers.
• Develop durable, repeatable interaction patterns and systems that elevate the overall quality of ADT's user experiences.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and creativity, fostering strong collaboration across teams and disciplines.
