Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Description

Summary:

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the ADT Salesforce, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle and monitoring platforms. You will work closely with product managers, business analysts, other architects, and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of new features and enhancements. Your expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration will be critical in driving end to end solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design scalable and high-performance solutions that meet business needs.
• Lead the technical design and support the implementation of projects.
• Provide guidance and best practices to development teams on Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
• Architect solutions that adhere to best practices and security standards.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party tools and integrations.
• Stay current with releases, features, and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate on and promote architectural standards, principles, and processes.
• Develop strategic technical roadmaps for various areas of the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• 3-6 years experience in specialization and deep understanding of multiple Salesforce modules such as CPQ, Billing, RLM, Marketing Cloud, Field Service, etc.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex solutions on multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Desired:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with other CRM platforms and technologies is desirable.
• Additional experience on Google Cloud Platform, Oracle, or AWS a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $121,600.00 - $182,400.00 and is based on experience and qualifications.

Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.
