Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Customer Service Experience Preferred. One (1) to two (2) years minimum experience in medical data information.
Skills: Microsoft Office Applications and Medical Billing Software. Excellent interpersonal verbal and written Communications Skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Must be organized and able to understand and meet government deadlines. Candidate must show the ability to work with elderly population in an empathic, patient, and professional Manner.
Must be a team player, self-motivated, and dependable.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify client’s referrals and demographics. Follow HIPAA regulations.
- Communicating with Case Managers when installation has been completed, cancellations or any other update that may require.
- Proficient in Data entry for Mastermind, Informix and Aprima – Medical billing software knowledge.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to following up with customers, verifying the client’s information, informing Case Managers of installations, sending emails, creating customer accounts, updating rates and pricing information in the billing sheets according to our contracts.
- Assisting in Medical Billing Claims for government, worker compensation and MCO's, Ability to process claims accurately, follow up with denials. Working closely with a team, collaborating, being adaptable, follow policies and procedures, provide support in other departments if needed when requested by management and provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
- Meet billing due date requirements per agency or insurance.
- Maintaining client information up to date.
- Communicate Hurdles with Government Sales Managers. Provide support in other departments if needed when requested by management.
- Any Additional Duties Deemed Necessary for Team Success.
