Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and managing your designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in software solutions, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey the value of our products. We are going to have FUN. We are going to help people, protect them from the bad guys, but each day and week we are going to level up!!! We are going to make money but have fun!!!

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within your territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize and implement effective sales tactics.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or B2C, preferably within the software industry.
  • Strong inside sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
  • Experience in territory sales management is a plus.
  • Face to face sales experience is desirable, with an understanding of software solutions. You got to be an achiever, someone whom can talk to everyone and have fun doing it!!!
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.You might need to take some notes and remember whom you will need to come back an assist!!! You are organized but not square!!!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
