Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Residential Solutions Advisor based in Lenexa, KS, with opportunities for some work from home. The Residential Solutions Advisor will be responsible for advising potential and current customers on ADT’s home security systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales consultations, providing excellent customer service, creating tailored security solutions, analyzing customer needs, and completing paperwork for the installation process. The role also involves training new customers on utilizing their ADT systems effectively.
