Strategic Academic Leader: We are seeking an experienced Associate Vice President to lead our academic initiatives, focusing on curriculum development, faculty support, and student success. This role will collaborate with national academic committees, develop strategic plans, and analyze student success data to drive curriculum improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve student success, including retention, graduation, and NCLEX pass rates.
- Collaborate with national academic committees to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
- Analyze student success data to identify areas for improvement and inform curriculum development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with faculty, staff, and external partners to support academic initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to faculty and staff on academic matters.
- Collaborate with national library staff on local holdings and collection development.
Requirements: A Master's degree in nursing is required, with a Doctorate degree in nursing or credit toward a doctorate degree preferred. An unencumbered Professional nursing license is also required, along with minimum two years' experience in nursing education at the Bachelor level or above.
