What Youll Do :
Qualifications : What You Bring :
Masters degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
10 years of progressive leadership experience in regulatory compliance within higher education or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing compliance strategies in a multiinstitutional setting.
Deep understanding of federal and state financial aid laws accreditation standards and regulatory frameworks.
Strong ability to build relationships with regulatory agencies and advocate for institutional interests.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience mentoring and influencing crossfunctional teams.

Additional Information :
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $164108.58 and $296747.32. Actual pay will be adjusted based on jobrelated factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
