We offer a wide variety of kitchen and laundry appliances and customizable solutions that appeal to custom home builders, kitchen designers, home remodelers, property managers, and homeowners.
Our showrooms display the brands and styles and allow customers to compare products, explore options, and make purchases. They are staffed with experienced inside sales professionals who use a consultative and relationship-building approach to selling appliances.
We have a full-time opening in inside sales as a Client Account Manager at our York, PA showroom. In this role, you will sell appliances to scheduled appointments and walk-ins, generate referrals, and build relationships outside the showroom.
Our Client Account Managers are paid a base salary plus lucrative bonuses that will significantly increase their income.
- First-year earnings of up to $65,000
- Second-year earnings of up to $70,000
- Third-year earnings of up to $80,000
This full-time position is also eligible for health insurance, PTO days, paid Holidays, a retirement plan with employer contribution, and much more.
Position Responsibilities
- Using a consultative approach, sell appliances to customers who are walk-ins and scheduled appointments
- Develop lasting relationships with customers
- Work collaboratively with customers in selecting appliances for standard and custom design solutions
- Stay current with project timelines and the status of orders and deliveries
- Consistently follow up and stay in contact with customers throughout the sale
- Continuously learn about new and existing products
- Identify new businesses to build relationships with
- Schedule in-person meetings and other tactics for generating new sales leads
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to develop a rapport
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Vehicle for full-time use
- Available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Available to work two Saturdays per month from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. You will get a weekday off.
- Participation in occasional training and events that require overnight or local travel
Compensation
- Base salary of $43,888.00
- 6 monthly paid stipend
- Lucrative monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses based on individual performance
