Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in overseeing CTSS/ARMHS programming, will ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health in-home services, and provide guidance and support to mental health practitioners. This candidate will also maintain a clinical caseload themselves in office. This position requires strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, a deep understanding of therapeutic practices, and flexibility to problem solve creatively.
Duties
- Supervise and support mental health practitioners in their daily responsibilities, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance professional development.
- Facilitate staff training and supervision
- Monitor client progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of clinical activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain independent clinical caseload including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention
Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field
- Valid Minnesota licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LPCC, LICSW, LMFT)
- Board approved mental health clinical supervisor
- Preferred experience in a supervisory role within a clinical setting.
- Familiarity with CTSS/ARMHS
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for both staff and clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year
