Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-oriented Adult Retail Sales Associate. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Assist with inventory management
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and stock levels
- Multilingual skills are a plus
