The Program Manager at Kansas City Girls Academy supports daily operations, including admissions, enrollment, records management, and accreditation, in a faith-based environment. This role ensures effective communication among staff, students, and families while helping to further the Academy’s mission to “put hope within reach.” The Program Manager should embody strong integrity, excellent communication skills, and organizational excellence, all while contributing to a Christ-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Admissions & Enrollment: Process new student applications, follow up with parents for additional information, schedule tours, and facilitate enrollment. Ensure collection of required documentation (IEPs, psych-evals).
- School Administration: Support accreditation processes (surveys, MAP testing) and help monitor student progress and curriculum. Address parent concerns with sensitivity to the faith-driven mission of the Academy.
- File Management: Organize and maintain student and staff files to meet accreditation standards. Keep medical and communication logs up to date, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Family & Mission Trip Coordination: Plan and coordinate Family Weekend events and mission trips, ensuring all logistics, catering, and paperwork are handled. Ensure all activities reflect the Academy’s faith-based values and mission.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Administrative experience, ideally in educational or nonprofit settings, with an understanding of faith-based environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, resolve conflicts, and lead others in a Christ-centered manner.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse groups.
- A heart for supporting the spiritual growth of students and staff in alignment with the Academy’s faith-based mission.
