Position: Junior Staff
Location: Adult & Teen Challenge Houston Men’s Campus
Organization: Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas (ATCOT)
Summary:
The Junior Staff member provides vital support to program coordinators while mentoring and discipling students in the program. This role requires spiritual maturity, leadership, and a heart for ministry.
Qualifications:
✔ Spiritually mature and aligned with the Assemblies of God doctrine
✔ Understanding of addiction recovery and faith-based transformation
✔ GED or high school diploma required
✔ Ministerial credentials (preferred) or working toward them
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Bible studies, prayer, and discipleship
Conduct evangelistic outreach and religious instruction
Oversee student work projects and mentor assigned students
Assist in discipline and conflict resolution
Participate in campus events, chapels, and team activities
Maintain records and update student information as needed
