We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. A positive attitude will make you successful in this role.
We are currently hiring for the following shift:
- 3:45pm - 12:15am
Weekends are mandatory.
Job Type: Part-time initially but full time is quickly available for top performers
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Handle customer transactions
- Answer customer questions about specific products/services
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Suggest items that meet the customer's needs
Skills
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- High school degree preferred
- Must be 18
