This role will engage with our Enterprise customers, internal teams and executive leadership to aggregate and disseminate insights from our priority customers across the extended Enterprise sales organization. This role will provide speed and consistency to capturing field insights and articulating Adobe’s differentiation through products and innovation. This candidate will have the enterprise experience needed to amplify the VP of Global DSG’s point of view, reach across the organization to foster cohesion, and drive strategic initiatives forward. This role is considered pivotal in helping DSG support customer innovation through Adobe’s products.
This role will closely shadow the VP Global DSG to ensure a clear understanding of our strategy and team initiatives with the goal to translate customer initiatives into innovation supporting revenue through all Adobe products; DX and DMe, resulting in enterprise grade support for customers.
The candidate will also support initiatives across verticals which involve data collaboration, retail media networks and future offerings or opportunities for customers to work together.
To better support the field, this candidate will also create a series of targeted engagements to better understand our customers’ priorities and identify the findings needed to ensure establishment of a north star vision. They could include but are not limited to:
Customer Advisory Board - Select strategic customers to engage in roundtable discussions on topics ranging from existing products, requested features, implementation best practices, services and support, and others.
CEC Motion – Establishing a programmatic approach to CECs that can be replicated cross-region, cross-vertical and cross-cloud.
Podcast Series and/or Field Outreach Communications- Work with DSG vertical and sales leaders to feature key customer sales engagements, and CEO perspectives to motivate, inspire and teach the global field organization.
Global Executive Sponsor program - This role will be global to strategically align senior executives with DSG motions and initiatives, and create structured collaboration and support of key customers and partners. Adjacently, this role will be responsible for also creating a global
Executive Sponsor program to align Adobe Vice Presidents and Senior Directors as sponsors for Adobe Enterprise priority accounts to drive engagement, enhance growth, and build loyalty.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 10 years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
· 10 years experience in digital media and data utilization
Preferred Qualifications
· 8 years managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience.
· 5 year experience using sales tools and platforms
· Experience working in a large, internal global matrix.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $176,900 -- $312,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
