Distribution Operations Manager
What You'll be Trusted to Deliver :
- Manages team performance through performance planning, coaching, appraisal and disciplinary efforts
- Communicates and keeps direct reports well informed and aligned to Company and DC's values, goals, results, initiatives, policies, procedures etc.
- Ensures associate schedule meets the demand of inbound / outbound volume
- Responsible for assisting in hiring, training, and developing of all new and existing associates
- Work with all applicable departments to ensure efficient and accurate flow of inventory in and out of distribution center shipping departments
- Hold departmental meetings as expected
- Help support, communicate, and administer disciplinary action to associates who violate company policy.
- Communicate with appropriate individuals / departments during the shift that may affect other warehouse departments.
