Here's what you will be doing -

• Performing maintenance on forklifts-this is NOT a forklift driver position.
• Watering/changing forklift batteries.
• Assisting and supporting the Maintenance Department Mechanics and Technicians in performing work orders.
• Making recommendations for modifications to procedures or processes impacting your work group or center that will maximize efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must possess basic aptitude regarding general maintenance functions.
• Must have electrical and mechanical knowledge/experience.

Education:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills and Abilities:

· Experience using powered industrial equipment (pallet jack, stand-up and sit-down forklifts).

· Possess good, clear communication skills; verbal and written skills.

· Ability to reach, stoop, bend, and lift up to and including 75 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
