Detailed Job Description
Must have 13 years of BY TMS Experience which includes development and creation/modification of DDA and web pages using Page Builders.
Should have the knowledge of architectural design patterns, performance tuning and functional and interface designs etc.
Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements.
Should provide technical leadership to project team(s) to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues.
Should be responsible for defining and documenting solution, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs) and Client Requirements.
Need to collaborate with multiple teams from Infosys/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions.
Provide thought leadership and makes decision independently / interact directly with customers Facilitate fit/gap analysis, identifies impacts and prepare training related to Supply Planning processes.
Should be involved in deployments/rollouts and day-to-day continuous improvements Develop and test Custom JDA TMS programs to support data conversions & interfaces, reports, enhancements and forms development Strong Retail Functional Knowledge with hands on experience on JDA TMS Should understand JDA TMS Technical Architecture and guide the Technical Team for the same.
Co-ordinate and manage BY Support Ticket as and when it is raised.
Replicate and resolve the internal bugs of the system.
Developing and Testing the new enhancements.
Should have experience in multiple JDA TMS application versions.
Working experience on other JDA modules will be a plus.
Debug and resolve a variety of issues (bugs, performance, and user) by reading through trace files Develop utilities, procedures, and documentation upon customer requirements Maintain application release control (version control) Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of applications Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing new solutions and services Ability to design and develop POCs to customer on the preferred solution Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 13 years of experience with Information Technology00000
