Detailed Job Description:
Expert in Werum application with In-depth knowledge.
MES knowledge and shop floor integration.
Support for L2 L3 support for WERUM PASX MES and enhancement activities.
Should be able to propose solution to procedures and processes.
Provide operational support for PasX. Analyze operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
Manage and maintain operational data and reports.
Work efficiently with the customer and the internal teams, understand the customer's business needs.

Minimum years of experience: 15 years
Education: Bachelor's or Master of Engineering

The top 3 responsibilities would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
Should be able to handle all high critical issues independently.
Should be able to handle all client calls and interaction.
Should have good prior working experience in the AMS project.
Should be able to lead the team from onsite.
