We are looking for a Senior CRM Specialist to lead and manage our CRM system, ensuring it aligns with business goals and drives growth. This role involves implementing CRM solutions, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including our India team, to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the CRM system, ensuring it meets business needs.
- Implement and customize CRM solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify CRM improvement opportunities and develop strategies.
- Work closely with the India team to implement solutions and manage CRM-related activities.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for customer engagement and business growth.
- Ensure CRM integrations with other tools and platforms are optimized.
- Provide training and support to internal teams to maximize CRM adoption.
- Stay updated on CRM trends and best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4 years of experience in CRM management and implementation.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or other relevant platforms).
- Ability to design and implement CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and offshore teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel to Philadelphia 2-3 times a month if not already based in the region.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM automation and integration with other business tools.
- Background in data analytics and reporting for customer insights.
