Focus 5

The Focus 5 Program is designed to prepare team members for the role of General Manager. The program has two main components: one is to complete training associated with the typical onboarding process and role certification, and the second is to complete a Capstone Project.  

Those interested in the program should meet the following criteria.

• Currently performing at a high level in current role ( shown through positive results in sales, profit, KPIs, and other factors.) 
• Are recommended by their immediate supervisor.
• The team member does not have any current or pending disciplinary actions.  

Note: Successful program completion does not guarantee your selection for a General Manager role.
