Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY SKILLS
- Assist in periodic/quater/year-end close activities.
- Prepare journal entries, run account analysis and period close exception reports.
- Assist Accounting Manager in project accounting, collaborate cross function with Finance, IT and Real Estate team.
- Assist in providing supporting documentation for quarterly reviews/year-end audits with internal and external auditors.
- Assist Accounting Manager in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline accounting processes and enhance financial controls Ad hoc projects, as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical, organizational, conflict solving and negotiation skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel. Experience with Oracle FA Module preferred.
- Team player who also works well independently.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both an oral and written manner.
- Strong work commitment and ability to work under pressure.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business 3 years related experience and/or training
