Auto Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various aspects of automotive repair and maintenance. This role requires proficiency in using both hand and power tools, as well as the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. The Automotive Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems such as powertrain, electrical, and mechanical components.
• Conduct auto body repairs as needed to restore vehicles to their original condition.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various repair tasks.
• Align wheels and adjust suspension systems to manufacturer specifications.
• Repair diesel engines and related components when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following all safety protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience in automotive repair or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment is essential.
• Previous experience in diesel engine repair is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
