Field Service Technician

The ideal candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities including maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of multi-functional printers and copiers. The successful candidate will be a problem solver who is responsive to customers' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Complete and turn in field reports that capture all time and work completed on site
  • Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers' office equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all of our clients

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • 2 years repairing and maintaining office equipment (preferably Konica Minolta, Canon and / or HP)
  • Solid organizational skills
