Key Responsibilities
- Lead service delivery for all customers, with a focus on our top 50 accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team on customer meetings and contract reviews.
- Manage and mentor employees, fostering growth and development.
- Lead the recruitment process and manage employee performance.
- Oversee workers' compensation, FMLA, and other employee-related matters.
- Monitor and optimize contract profitability, parts usage, and inventory.
- Build cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
- Ensure team coverage and training aligns with sales and territory needs.
- Provide timely feedback and communication to the service team.
- Assist with technical escalations and ensure effective resolution.
- Support logistics and large installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior Leadership experience in the printer/copier industry
- Certification and training on a full line of devices.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation (unless a company vehicle is provided).
- Strong understanding of network connectivity for print and scan features.
- Previous managerial experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and e-Automate.
- Broad understanding of hardware/connectivity technology and terminology.
