- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Maintain accurate records by proofreading documents and ensuring all files are organized and up-to-date.
- Assist guests with requests, providing personalized service to enhance their experience.
- Handle reservations and cancellations through various platforms while ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient services.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and managing correspondence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a clerical or customer support role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
