Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Physicians who will work closely with advanced practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical/administrative support staff in a team-based approach to deliver high-quality patient care. As a Family Medicine Physician with Advance Community Health, you will have the chance to focus on preventive care and health maintenance for patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
* Provide primary care services to patients at our various locations
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
* Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to ensure evidence-based practice
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school
* Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of North Carolina
* Board certification in Family Medicine or equivalent experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams
