What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing/Insurance Coordinator position at Advance Dentistry?
Our Advance Dentistry team is growing and we're looking for some incredible team members to bring into the family!
ROLE:
Billing Specialist
THE PARTICULARS:
- 401K with employer match
- Medical Insurance
- Paid holidays
- Paid Vacation days
- Paid Sick days
- Free dental care (minus lab fees)
- Six weeks of paid training
- Full-time, onsite position
- Dentrix and Open Dental Software
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Primary responsibilities include:
- insurance claim aging reports
- hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- dental experience is helpful & previous Dentrix or Open Dental software experience is also a plus.

RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Potential team members who have at least one year of experience in a dental or medical environment (ideally, in a front office setting) are preferred.
But that is certainly not a prerequisite.
